Processing time

Every HALT. piece is made to order. Orders are dispatched from the UK within 3 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order is dispatched.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will help.
